We install Local Lead Machine for a maximum of 4 new operators per month across North America. Within each metro, we work with exactly ONE operator per trade — once we install for an HVAC contractor in Toronto, we won't take on another HVAC operator in Toronto, regardless of who applies later.
This is enforced infrastructure, not a marketing claim. We physically can't install for two competing operators in the same market — the ad spend, the targeting, and the territory mapping would cannibalize each other.
